Access via Username + Password

Open the Brand Channel portal in your browser (e.g.,
[YourCompany].demoup-cliplister.comorchannel.demoup-cliplister.com). -
Enter your email address and password.

Click "Continue" to access your account.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
If MFA is required, follow these steps:

Use an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).

Scan the provided QR code if prompted.

Enter the generated 6-digit code to complete the login process.
Note: Ensure your smartphone’s clock is synchronized with your computer for accurate code generation.
Access via SSO

Open the Brand Channel portal in your browser (e.g.,
[YourCompany].demoup-cliplister.com). -
If SSO (Single Sign-On) is enabled, you will be redirected to your organization’s SSO login page.

Log in with your corporate credentials.

After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to the Brand Channel.

Logging Out
- Click on the User Settings menu (hamburger icon in the top-right corner).
- Select "Log Out".
Note: If using SSO, logging out of the Brand Channel may not log you out of your SSO session.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you encounter problems logging in:
- Forgot Password? Click "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions to reset it.
- SSO Errors? Ensure you’re connected to your company’s VPN or network.
- MFA Problems? Confirm that your authenticator app is synced and correctly configured.
- Error Messages? Contact your Brand Channel Administrator or the DemoUp Cliplister support team.
