Steps to Reset Your Password
1. Access the Password Reset Page

Navigate to your Brand Channel login page.

Click "Forgot Password?" below the login form.
2. Enter Your Email Address

Provide the email address associated with your Brand Channel account.

Click "Continue" to proceed.
3. Check Your Email

You will receive an email with a password reset link.

If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

If the email still doesn’t arrive, click "Resend Email" on the login page or contact your Administrator.
4. Create a New Password

Click the link in the email to open the password reset page.

Enter and confirm your new password.

Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Click "Save" or "Reset Password" to finalize the process.
5. Log In with Your New Password

Return to the Brand Channel login page.

Log in using your updated credentials.
Rest for Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On (SSO) Users
If your account uses SSO:
- You cannot reset your password via the Brand Channel. Instead, reset your password through your organization’s SSO system.
Troubleshooting

- Confirm the email address you entered is correct.
- Check your spam folder.
- Contact your Brand Channel Administrator or support team.

Link Expired?
- Go back to the login page and repeat the steps to request a new reset email.
