Uploading and Managing Metadata for Regular Assets
1. How to Upload Regular Assets (Images, Videos, Documents)
You can upload regular assets and manage their metadata directly during the upload process:

Option A: Drag and Drop

Drag your files directly into the asset overview.

Drop them to initiate the upload process.

Option B: Upload Button
-
Click the "Upload Assets" button from the navigation menu.

Select the files you want to upload and click "Open".

2. Managing Metadata During Upload
After selecting files to upload, a modal will appear where you can:

Add Titles: Provide descriptive titles for your assets.

Assign Categories or Folders: Organize your assets effectively.

Add Keywords: Improve searchability by tagging your assets.
Note: This metadata editing option is only available for regular assets like images, videos, and documents. Specialized assets, such as 3D models or 360° views, require metadata updates after the upload is complete.
Tip: Some fields may be mandatory (e.g., product title, valid EAN). Ensure all required metadata is complete; otherwise, the asset will remain locked and unavailable for public use. You can skip this step and edit metadata later if needed.
Uploading 360° Views
360° views require a .zip file containing at least 72 images from different angles. Each files must have the following name "Title+_0000" counting to "Title+_0071"

Click the "Upload" button and select "Upload 360° Asset".

Choose your .zip file and click "Upload".
Note: Drag and drop is not supported for 360° uploads.
Uploading 3D Assets
3D assets require the following file formats: GLB, USDZ, and an image (JPG).

Click the "Upload" button and select "Upload 3D Assets".

Select your files and click "Upload".
Note: Drag and drop is not supported for 3D uploads.
Troubleshooting Upload Issues

Unsupported File Formats: Ensure your files meet the Brand Channel’s format requirements.

Upload Failures: Check your internet connection or retry uploading smaller batches of files.

Missing Metadata: Verify all required fields are complete to avoid locked assets.
