Sharing Assets

1. Start from the Gallery View

1. Locate the asset you want to share in the Gallery View.
2. Hover over the asset and click the Share button.

2. Sharing from the Preview Screen

1. Click on the asset to open the Preview Screen.
2. Navigate to the Share tab.

3. Sharing Options

You can share assets in the following ways:

• External Sharing:  
  • Generate a public link for external users.
  • Configure the link settings, such as file type and cropping options.
  • Optionally create a shortened URL or QR code.

• Internal Sharing:
  • Share a link within the Brand Channel for internal use.
  • Users with access will be directed to the asset page.

Tip: You can also send links via email directly from the Brand Channel using your mail client.

Sharing Collections

Collections allow you to share multiple assets together:

1. Create or navigate to an existing collection.
2. Click the Share button and choose "Link to Gallery".
3. Configure the gallery settings and generate a link.

In addition, collections can be shared for internal usage (Link inside the Brand Channel) or for download only (Link to file)

Embedding Assets

1. Supported File Types

Embedding is available for:

• Videos
• Documents

2. Embedding from the Preview Screen

1. Open the Preview Screen for the selected asset.
2. Go to the Embed tab.
3. Copy the provided embed code.

3. Using the Embed Code

• Paste the embed code into your website or platform to display the asset.
• Configure size and display settings as needed in your CMS or website builder.

Note: Ensure the embedded content complies with your website’s accessibility and performance requirements.

Troubleshooting Sharing and Embedding

• Error Generating Links: Verify your permissions for the asset. Contact your Brand Channel Administrator if necessary.
• Invalid Embed Code: Ensure the code is correctly placed in your website’s HTML editor.
• Sharing Restrictions: Locked assets or incomplete metadata may prevent sharing.
