Understanding Folders and Categories

Folders are hierarchical containers used to group related assets. They function like traditional folders in a file system.

Categories are non-hierarchical tags assigned to assets for flexible grouping and filtering.
Tip: An asset can belong to only one folder but can be assigned multiple categories.
Navigating Folders
Using the Sidebar

Open the Navigation Sidebar on the left side of the screen.

Expand or collapse folders by clicking the arrow icons next to their names.

Click a folder to view its contents in the asset overview.
Searching for Folders

Use the Search Bar at the top of the screen.

Enter the folder name.

Select the folder from the quick-results to navigate directly to it.
Marking Folders as Favorites

Hover over a folder and click the three dots (actions menu).

Select "Add to Favorites" to pin the folder for quick access.

To remove a folder from favorites, repeat the steps and choose "Remove from Favorites".
