The Brand Channel allows you to update your personal information, such as your name and email address, to keep your account details up to date. Follow the steps below to make these changes.
Steps to Change Your Name or Email Address
1. Access User Settings

Log in to your Brand Channel account.

Click on the User Settings menu, located in the top-right corner of the screen (hamburger icon).
2. Edit Your Personal Information

In the User Settings menu, locate the Profile Information section.

Update the following fields as needed:

Name: Enter your new first and/or last name.

Email Address: Input your updated email address.

3. Save Changes

Once you’ve updated the necessary fields, click Save Changes.

A confirmation message will appear indicating that your profile information has been successfully updated.
Note: If you change your email address or username with an active SSO, this might result in different problems. Please contact us under support@demoup-cliplister.com in case of any problems.
