The Brand Channel allows you to customize your user interface language, making it easier to navigate the platform in your preferred language. Follow these steps to change the language setting for your account.
Steps to Change the User Interface Language
1. Access User Settings

Log in to your Brand Channel account.

Click on the User Settings menu, located in the top-right corner of the screen (hamburger icon).
2. Navigate to Language Settings

Within the User Settings menu, locate the Language Preferences section.

Click on the dropdown menu to view the list of available languages and select your desired language.
3. Refresh the Interface

Refresh your browser to apply the language change.

All interface elements will now appear in the selected language.
Troubleshooting

Preferred Language Not Available:

If your desired language is not listed, contact your Administrator to check if additional languages can be enabled.

Changes Not Applied After Refresh:

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page again.
