Understanding the Different Report Types
Asset Reports: Details on activities related to uploaded, downloaded, or deleted assets and user reports.
Report fields in these reports are characterized as either dimensions or metrics:
Dimensions are common criteria that are used to aggregate data, such as the date on which an action occurred or the country where the users were located. In a report, each row of data has a unique combination of dimension values.
Metrics are individual measurements related to asset activity, user activity, video performance, engagement or add-to-cart rate.
Navigating to a Report
Sign in to your Brand Channel
In the left Menu, select Reporting
In the Navigation Sidebar, expand or collapse report types using the arrow icons.
Click a report to view its content in the table
Navigate between pages using the pagination controls at the bottom
Filtering the Data
Select your report: Choose the report you want to see.
Apply the filter: click the "Filter" button at the top
Select the filter: You can filter by date, time, values, and more.
Enter your value: In the filter dialog box, enter the values or criteria you want to use for filtering and hit "Enter".
Choose your filter criteria: Select one of the options like "Includes", "Does Not Includes", "Equals", "Is not equal", "Start with". "Greater Than", "Less Than", etc.
View your filtered data: Only the data that matches your filter criteria will be visible.
Remove the filter: To remove a filter, click the "x" next to it or clear all filters using the "clear filter" button.
Exporting the Report
Navigate to your desired report.
Click the Export button on the right.
Additional Tips
Utilize multiple filters for more refined results.
Click on the file name for direct access to the asset in the preview layer.
Copy a user’s email by clicking on their name.
Share the filtered view by sending the link with your filter selections app
