Who should use Reporting and Analytics?
Reporting and Analytics are built for teams that manage and optimize product content across channels and PDPs.
Brand users
Typical users include:
Product Managers
Product-to-market / product introduction managers
Anyone responsible for managing brand content across retailers (assets, products, completeness, accessibility)
Retailer users
Typical users include:
Teams responsible for sourcing/handling brand content
Teams responsible for making brand content appear correctly on PDPs (coverage and content operations)
How Reporting and Analytics are enabled
Reporting and Analytics are activated via a channel configuration that is managed by Support.
If your organization wants access and you don’t see these tools, contact Support to have them enabled for your channel.
User access and permissions (roles)
Once enabled for the channel, access is controlled through user roles in Platform Settings.
Access covers:
Viewing
Filtering
Exporting
There are no separate permissions for export vs view — it’s one permission.
Where to manage it
Go to: Platform Settings → Manage roles, then enable access for the relevant role(s).
Troubleshooting access issues
Use this checklist if something looks missing.
I don’t see Reporting or Analytics anywhere
Reporting/Analytics may not be enabled for your channel yet.
Contact Support and ask to enable Reporting & Analytics for your channel.
I see Reporting/Analytics, but I don’t see specific pages (e.g., Accessibility report or Analytics dashboard)
Your user role likely doesn’t have the required permission.
Ask your admin to update your role permissions, or contact Support to help assign the correct rights.
