Overview
Reporting and Analytics data is near real-time, so numbers can update continuously as new events come in. This article explains:
how fresh the data is
how date ranges (like Today and Last 7 days) are calculated
what historical coverage is available
current limitations you should be aware of
Data freshness (near real-time)
Data updates near real-time
You may see numbers shift slightly when you refresh, especially for very recent time windows (like “Today”)
Tip: If you need a stable snapshot for sharing, prefer completed day ranges (e.g., “Yesterday” or a past week ending yesterday), if your UI supports it.
Time zone and calendar day boundaries
Date ranges are calculated using the platform’s configured time zone (the one your account/channel uses). If you compare numbers with other tools, make sure you’re using the same time zone and the same date range definition.
Date range definitions
Today
Today means: from 00:00 (midnight) until now.
Last 7 days
Last 7 days is inclusive of today.
It includes today + the 6 previous calendar days.
Example
If today is January 28, 2026, then:
Today = January 28, 2026 from 00:00 until now
Last 7 days = January 22, 2026 through January 28, 2026 (inclusive)
Historical coverage
Data is available starting January 2025
Data before 2025 is not available
Known limitations
Attention rate may vary slightly
In some cases, attention rate can vary a bit due to buffering.
Some metrics are currently missing
Attention rate and ATC impact are currently not available
No data before 2025
Reporting and Analytics do not include historical data before January 2025.
If your numbers don’t match another source
Before escalating, check:
Are you comparing the exact same date window? (Remember: Last 7 days includes today)
Are both systems using the same time zone?
Are you looking at a partial day (Today), where data is still updating?
