What is Reporting?
Reporting helps you understand what’s happening inside your channel. It focuses on operational and content-management questions like:
What assets exist in the channel, and what’s their status?
What actions are being performed (uploads, downloads, deletions)?
Who is doing what (user activity and changes)?
Which assets are compliant / non-compliant (accessibility), and what’s missing?
Reporting is best when you need exportable, repeatable lists to track content operations and completeness.
Access Reporting & required permissions
Reporting is enabled via channel configuration (managed by Support). Once enabled, access is controlled in Platform Settings → Manage roles.
If you have access, you can:
view reports
filter reports
export reports
(Reporting uses one permission; there are no separate view/export rights.)
If you don’t see Reporting at all: contact Support.
If you see Reporting, but some reports are missing: ask your admin to update your role (or contact Support).

Sign in to your Brand Channel.
In the left menu, select Reporting.
In the navigation sidebar, expand or collapse report types using the arrow icons.
