Report types overview
Reporting includes multiple predefined report types. Each report is a table with fields that fall into two groups:
Dimensions = descriptive fields that help you break down the data (e.g., file name, user, status, type)
Metrics = measured values (counts, sizes, timestamps, and other measurable outputs)

How to interpret report results
A few tips to read reports quickly:
Use Status columns (e.g., processing failed / compliant vs non-compliant) to spot issues fast.
For operational reports (uploaded/downloaded/deleted), focus on who and when to audit activity.
For governance, the Users report is your source of truth for roles and group membership.
For accessibility, use the summary at the top to track overall compliance and then drill into non-compliant assets to see what’s missing (e.g., description/transcription languages).
