What is Analytics?
Analytics helps you understand how your content performs on PDPs and what impact it has. It’s designed to answer questions like:
Where is my content shown (coverage)?
How is it performing over time (views, attention, completion)?
What impact does it have (e.g., ATC uplift where available)?
Which content/products/countries/devices perform best?
Analytics is focused on performance, coverage, and impact — and over time it will expand with insights to help improve KPIs.
Access Analytics & required permissions
Analytics is enabled via channel configuration managed by Support.
Access includes:
viewing
filtering
exporting
(There are no separate permissions for export vs view.)
If you don’t see Analytics at all: contact Support.
If you see Analytics but some dashboards/sections are missing: contact Support
Data quality & coverage in Analytics
Near real-time
Analytics data is near real-time, so the most recent period (especially “Today”) can shift as new events arrive.
Date definitions
Today = from 00:00 until now
Last 7 days = includes today
Historical coverage
Data is available starting January 2025 (no data before that).
Known limitations
Attention rate can vary slightly due to buffering.
Some metrics may not be available yet in all views (currently Attention rate and ATC impact/uplift can be missing depending on where you look).
Troubleshooting Analytics
I don’t see Analytics in the menu
Analytics may not be enabled for your channel.
Contact Support to enable Analytics for your channel.
I see Analytics, but some sections or dashboards are missing
Your role may not include the required permission.
Ask your admin to update your role, or contact Support.
Numbers look different than expected
Check your date range (remember: Last 7 days includes today).
If you’re looking at Today, expect changes due to near real-time updates.
Confirm you’re using the same time zone and definitions when comparing with other sources.
A metric is missing (e.g., ATC uplift or attention rate)
Some metrics are still being rolled out and may not be available in all views yet.
