Analytics dashboard overview (quick start)
The Analytics dashboard is built to help you move from high-level trends to specific drivers.
What you’ll typically see:
Key aggregated metrics at the top, often with:
period-over-period comparison
“smart insights” (highlights and changes)
Trend line charts to show performance over time
Top-ranking tables (videos or products) based on performance or user interaction
Drill-down views (e.g., by country or device), with an option to “view all”
Detailed lists (e.g., all videos) to review performance item-by-item
For brands: a list of retailers (where content is syndicated)
For retailers: a list of brands (content sources)
Core concepts
Dimensions
Dimensions describe what you’re breaking the data down by, for example:
Video
Product
Country
Device
Metrics
Metrics are the values you measure, for example:
Views
Attention rate
Completion rate
ATC uplift (where available)
Granularity
Trend charts automatically change granularity depending on the time period selected:
shorter ranges show daily data
longer ranges roll up to weekly or monthly
Attribution (if applicable)
Some metrics represent impact (like ATC uplift) and may follow specific attribution rules. Where this applies, check the info tooltips in the dashboard for the exact definition.
Filters
You can refine analytics using filters, including:
Time filter (date range)
Country filter
More filters will be added over time.
Dashboard sections (what they’re for)
1) KPI summary (top tiles)
Use these to quickly understand overall performance and period-over-period change.
2) Trend charts (line charts)
Use these to identify:
growth/decline patterns
seasonality
the timing of spikes/drops
3) Top-ranking tables
Use these to spot:
best-performing videos/products
biggest opportunities (low performance)
changes over time (when paired with period comparison)
Some tables allow interactive sorting, so you can reorder results by the metric that matters most (e.g., views, completion rate).
4) Drill-down sections (country/device)
Use these to see where performance differs by market or device type and to open full lists for deeper review.
5) Detailed lists (e.g., all videos)
Use these to review the performance of each item in detail and identify which content to optimize next.
Drill-downs & comparisons
Compare periods
Use the period-over-period comparison to understand whether performance is improving or declining, and by how much.
Drill down by segment
Common drill-down paths include:
Overall → Country → Device → Video/Product detail list
Overall → Top performers → Open item detail → Investigate changes
Exporting analytics (by report)
Each chart/table is treated as its own “report”. When exporting, you can choose which report(s) to include in the export.
