The EAA Compliance report helps you check whether your assets meet the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA). Our system automatically checks your assets and shows you which ones are compliant, which are missing accessibility information — such as descriptions or transcriptions — and lets you add the missing information directly from the report.
Use the EAA report to monitor the accessibility status of your entire asset library and to close gaps asset by asset.
Understanding the Report
The report is split into two tabs:
- Assets: A list of all your assets with their current accessibility status. This is where you review assets and add missing information.
- Trends: An overview of how your accessibility compliance develops over time.
At the top of the Assets tab, four summary boxes give you an instant overview:
- Total Assets: All assets in your channel that are part of the accessibility check.
- Compliant: Assets that meet the accessibility requirements.
- Non Compliant: Assets that do not meet the requirements and need your attention.
- Not Checked: Assets that have not been analyzed yet.
Each summary box is broken down by asset type — Video, Picture, 3D, 360°, and Document — including the total video duration where applicable. Every asset type within a box is clickable and acts as a filter: for example, click Video inside the Non Compliant box to show only non-compliant videos.
Each row in the table shows:
- File Name: The asset name and its duration. The icon in front of the file name indicates the asset type. Click the file name for direct access to the asset in the preview layer.
- Status: Compliant, Non Compliant, or Not Checked.
- Folder: The folder ID the asset is stored in. The folder is a hyperlink — click it to jump directly to the folder.
- Language: The language of the asset.
- Added: The date and time the asset was added.
- Description: The languages for which an accessible description exists, or an Add description link if none exists yet.
- Transcription: The languages for which a transcription exists, or an Add transcription link if none exists yet.

Understanding the Trends

- Trend chart: A monthly bar chart showing your assets by status. Use the checkboxes above the chart to show or hide Compliant, Non Compliant, and Not Checked assets.
- Asset type toggles: Use the checkboxes below the chart to include or exclude specific asset types — Video, Picture, Document, 3D, and 360°.
